Once training is completed, possible volunteer opportunities include:
Cost: $250 fee covers staff and materials for training.
Our new and improved Teen Volunteer Training program is anticipated to launch in January 2018. During this year long program, teens will be provided with opportunities to volunteer as well as develop academically through educational workshops with humane themes. The program will allow for teens to choose which days they want to volunteer or attend workshops, according to their changing and busy schedules. After their one year commitment teens may re-apply to the program so as to extend their stay for another year, where they will have opportunities to work with cats and dogs, in the clinic or boutique, or become a camp counselor.
Applications are due no later than Sunday, December 3, 2017
