Spay & Neuter Services

PLEASE NOTE: In compliance with the legal order issued for six Bay Area counties, ARF is suspending most regular programs and services until further notice. Click here for the most up-to-date information.

Spaying and neutering addresses the pet overpopulation crisis at its source, prevents health and behavior problems, and helps relieve pressure on overcrowded animal shelters. ARF's Spay & Neuter Clinic opened its doors in 2003 to community cats and dogs for high-quality, affordable spay and neuter services and expanded these in-demand services to the public with its Mobile Clinic in 2016. Compassionate and skilled veterinarians and technicians utilize state-of-the-art equipment to safely surgically sterilize thousands of dogs and cats each year using the highest standards of care.
