Youth Programs Cancellation Policies

Camp ARF

  • All cancellation requests must be made via e-mail.   
  • For notice of cancellation given two weeks or more prior to the start date, the program fee will be refunded in full.
  • For notice of cancellation given less than two weeks prior to the start date, the program fee will be forfeited.
  • We cannot transfer a camper's enrollment to a different session or program. Instead you will need to register for another session and request to cancel your initial registration. 

Birthday Parties

  • For notice of cancellation or change given three weeks or more prior to the start date, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • For notice of cancellation or change given less than three weeks prior to the start date, the deposit will be forfeited.

Scout & Group Tours

  • For notice of cancellation given two weeks or more prior to the workshop, the deposit will be refunded in full.
  • For notice of cancellation given less than two weeks prior to the workshop, the deposit will be forfeited.

All Other Youth Programs

  • For notice of cancellation given one week or more prior to the start date, the program fee will be refunded in full.
  • For notice of cancellation given less than one week prior to the start date, the program fee will be forfeited.
