The Mobile Clinic targets regions of Contra Costa County with high surrender rates and low-income residents who cannot otherwise access affordable services, and works with our partners at the Departments of Veterans Affairs to administer wellness checks for the pets of veterans.
ARF's 33-foot, custom-built, state-of-the-art Stephen Ball Mobile Clinic is named in memory of Stephen Ball with gratitude for his generous legacy gift, a reflection of his love for nature and animals.
